Nyla

Nyla has been tattooing since 2018. She has an illustration background and loves all types of art and media as reflected in her tattooing. Nyla's dream to be a full-time artist brought her to tattooing and has come full circle to owner of Wild Child Tattoo. Julia

Julia’s tattoos emulate her illustrative artwork, working mostly in black and grey, fine lines, and stippling. Her subjects are based in nature or mythology with a dark macabre twist. She’s a self-taught artist and completed an apprenticeship in NH before moving to Portland in 2016 where she’s tattooed ever since.

Rosie

Rosie specializes in Illustrative style inspired by American traditional imagery.
She has a BA in Fine Art.
Rosie has been tattooing since 2012 From Oregon, to 
Tennessee (where she opened Tattle Tale Tattoo), to Maine.
She has three dogs, is vegan, and enjoys creating a safe space for her clients.

Bernadette


Bernadette has been tattooing since 2020 in Maine.

She has a background in painting and digital art, and loves to tattooing color, and in many styles such as realism and new school.

Lauren

Lauren is a multi-disciplinary artist based in Portland, Maine. After living Los Angeles and working in the animation industry for nearly a decade, she returned to New England in 2020. She completed her tattoo apprenticeship in October 2024, and has been tattooing full-time since.

After Care

2 hours after receiving your tattoo:

Carefully remove plastic wrap.
Rinse gently in warm water with an unscented antibacterial soap such as Dial.
Apply a thin layer of A&D, Aquaphor, or another product recommended to your  artist ONLY.
Do not wrap in plastic ever again.
Continue to follow this precedure once per day or as needed for the next 4 days.

4 days after receiving your tattoo:

You may switch to a soap of your choice.
you may switch to an unscented moisturizer or aftercare product of your choice.

DO NOT:

Do not swim or submerge your tattoo in a bath, a pool, the ocean or other body of water, or hot tub for 3 weeks after receiving your tattoo. Doing so may result in serious infection and possible death.
Do not expose to pet hair, gym equipment, dirt, germs or bacteria.
Do not use sunscreen or other products on your new tattoo with out consulting your artist.

Do contact your artist with any questions or concerns.
Do brag about how amazing your artist is and recommend them highly.
